The Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Meadows (“the Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to service and community development. We value integrity and transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided, particularly for payments processed through Razorpay.
Cancellation by Participant (Before 7 Days): Eligible for a full refund (after deduction of Razorpay transaction charges).
Cancellation by Participant (Within 7 Days): No refund, unless under exceptional circumstances and subject to approval.
Cancellation by Club: A full refund, including transaction charges, will be processed automatically.
All refunds, if approved, will be processed through Razorpay to the original source of payment.
Merchandise (If Sold)
If you purchase any merchandise (e.g., campaign t-shirts or memorabilia) through Razorpay:
Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase and supporting photographs.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through Razorpay and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
