1. TRF seminar registration and contributions. 2. Breast cancer screening project to be on hold for the time being and same needs to be finalized in bod 3.Water filter installation Project at Anant Vasudev Temple project to be finalized post Kartik Purnami 4. Handover of charter certificate to interact club at Xavier school samntrapur along with a dental check up camp to be conducted on 24th November 5. Club Picnic date to be finalized post discussion with members in group.Accordingly Picnic committee to be formed. 6. A Blood donation camp at Jiva Organics to be conducted after checking the availability with RedCross. 7. It was proposed and approved by all members present in meeting to conduct an interschool science exhibition project in Bhubanswar city.A committee to be formed by 25th November.
