BOD meeting on 10/10/2023

The BOD meeting that took place on October 10, 202 virtually. It was attended by 11 board members of the club. The primary focus of the meeting was to discuss and assess the clubs financial expenses from the previous month, as well as to plan for the upcoming months activities. Several notable decisions were made during the meeting, such as the agreement to inaugurate the GG Project at Kripalu Ji Maharaj Hospital, the initiation of a new Interact Club, the formation of a new Rotary Community Corps (RCC) in Linigur, and the establishment of a committee dedicated to organizing a Breast Cancer Screening Campaign. The club also deliberated on its participation in an upcoming District Membership Seminar and scheduled a special board meeting to address matters related to the clubs bylaws and a substantial 1.5 lakh fixed deposit investment.
