On the occasion of the 75th Republic Day, We celebrated with a purposeful initiative at Adruta Children Homed by installing a Sanitary Pad Vending Machine alongside an incinerator, addressing a critical aspect of menstrual hygiene. This endeavor aimed to enhance accessibility to menstrual hygiene products for the children of Adruta Children Home while promoting environmental sustainability through the proper disposal of used pads. The projects impact extended beyond infrastructure, incorporating educational outreach sessions to empower residents with knowledge on menstrual hygiene practices. Total 13 no of Rotarian present during the project . This project was led by Rtn. Bichitra Lenka and beautifully executed. Special mention for PDG Aswini Kar and Rtn. Kaberi Pattnaik for participating in this outreach service project .
