Plantation Project at St. Xaviers High School

The Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Meadows, led by Project Chair Prasant Bhanja, successfully conducted a plantation project at St. Xaviers High School. This initiative aimed to foster a greener campus and raise environmental consciousness among students. The project involved the planting of a diverse array of saplings, including native trees and flowering plants, strategically selected to enhance biodiversity and provide long-term ecological benefits. Club members, students, and school staff actively participated in the planting activities, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere. Educational sessions were held to emphasize the importance of trees in combating climate change and maintaining ecological balance. This collaborative effort not only beautified the school   environment but also inspired the students to take an active role in environmental conservation.
