Jashn-E-Diwali      

Project Date: 10.11.2023 The Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Meadows and Rotaract Club of Sunshine collaborated to organize the "Jashn-E-Diwali" Dia Marking Competition at St. Xavier School, Samantarapur, on November 10, 2023. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Std-1 to Std-5, divided into two groups - Group A and Group B. Plain Dias were provided to the students, and within one hour, they showcased their creativity by customizing them. The evaluation was conducted by Rtn. Bijaylaxmi Kar and Interact Chair Rtn. Rekha Dash. Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, along with two consolidation prizes from both groups, were finalized and presented in the presence of school principals and the school director. A total of 300 students actively participated in the competition, with the event being supported by 10 Rotarians and 7 Retractors.
